This study aimed to explore the impact of spirituality on resilience and emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and stress, across two life stages: adolescents and young adults. The sample of this study consisted of 100 adolescents and 100 young adults with age range of 11 years to 30 years (Mean age = 1.50, SD = .501). Data was gathered from different schools and universities of Islamabad, Pakistan. The Demographic Information Form, Brief Resilience Scale (Smith et al., 2008), Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995), and Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (Underwood & Teresi, 2002; Underwood, 2006) were administered on all participants. Linear Regression Analysis revealed spirituality and resilience a strong predictor of negative emotional states. A significant positive relationship between spirituality, negative emotional states and resilience is shown. Further directions and implications for future researches are proposed.
